Engr. Waqas Ahmad is a seasoned operations and project leader with over eight years of progressive experience across large-scale oil & gas and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. With a strong foundation in civil engineering and hands-on leadership across EPC environments, he brings a results-driven, safety-first, and execution-focused mindset to operational management.
Having led critical packages for world-class clients such as Saudi Aramco, Engr. Waqas has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams, complex schedules, and high-risk construction scopes under demanding project conditions. His career spans key projects with CPECC, Hyundai, Saipem, and Gusan Construction, where he consistently delivered outcomes aligned with quality, safety, and commercial objectives.
As Manager Operations, he oversees end-to-end operational performance—planning, execution, resource optimization, and stakeholder coordination—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. His strengths include:
